Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking link to update.
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
In Spain, we offer free size exchanges. Please request the exchange from your customer profile or contact us through our contact page if you need assistance.
For returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Be Sunset does not automatically provide a return shipping label.
Yes. If you would like Be Sunset to handle the return shipping, please contact us through our contact page. We can arrange it for you, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
No. Returns must be sent directly to the address provided above. We cannot accept packages sent to pickup points. If we need to retrieve your package from a pickup point, a fixed fee of €6.50 will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend packing your return carefully and considering insured shipping. Be Sunset cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to make sure it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours. Please note that your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
No. Shipping costs are never refundable.
Be Sunset ships from Spain. Any shipping outside the European Union, or to special economic zones, may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Be Sunset. This applies to orders, exchanges, and returns.

Yes. Be Sunset reserves the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition, has been worn, damaged, or returned without its original tags or packaging.
